Visit https://www.ilportaleofferte.it (Official ARERA portal).
Click “COMPARE OFFERS” and choose “Electricity”.
Enter the postal code of the supply and tick “Resident domestic customer”.
Select power contracted (now 3 kW) and type annual consumption (e.g. 3,000 kWh – you can find this figure on your bill).
Awards “SHOW OFFERS”.
In the left sidebar, under “OFFER TYPE”, check “Fixed price”.
Under “PRICE STRUCTURE”, select “Single rate” if you use energy at all hours (recommended for smart workers).
Sort by “Annual Expenditure (Total Cost)”: at the top you will see the cheapest offers.
Search for offers with PUN < €0.13/kWh And annual fixed costs ≤ €90.
Click “DETAILS” → download Comparability sheet PDF: criminal verification zero, welcome bonus, payment method (RID recommended).
If you're satisfied, click "JOIN ONLINE": you'll be redirected to the provider's website to sign with SPID/CIE or OTP signature.
Save the confirmation email: the switch will be effective in 30 days without interruption of service.
