I know it may seem absurd… but try to follow me because I will illustrate in detail what the real psychological mechanics, used every day by the media, companies, politics, social media and mainstream culture.

The System Wants You:

  • between work, traffic, commitments

  • crushed by endless bureaucracy

  • busy paying taxes, bills, unforeseen events

  • tired in the evening, tired on the weekend, always tired

When are you tired, you don't have energy for:

  • observe the rules of the game

  • change strategy

  • become unblackmailable

2. IT BOMBARDS YOU WITH USELESS INFORMATION

(Confusion is a form of control)

We live in an information overdose.
Constant news, scandals, political squabbles, dire predictions, gossip, “experts” everywhere.

The mind is saturated, concentration is destroyed.

What is all this for?
To keep you constantly in a state of:

  • alert

  • distraction

  • mental noise

  • inability to make clear decisions

Just like in Matrix, you must not see the real rules of the game, because if by chance you took the “red pill” and opened your eyes they would lose all control over you.

Guilt is the perfect emotion to control a person.
Because it empties you from the inside.

How do they make you feel guilty? Like this:

  • “If you struggle, it’s because you’re not enough.”

  • “If you can't make it to the end of the month, it's your fault.”

  • “If you don't understand economics, you're ignorant.”

  • “If you don’t succeed, you haven’t worked hard enough.”

Result?
You feel wrong.
And when you feel wrong, you don't ask for help, you don't study, you don't change.

And above all… stay where you are.

2️⃣ The emotions that the System uses to hypnotize you

(with real-world examples)

Psychological levers don't work alone.
They work thanks to precise emotions, strategically activated on a large scale.
It's not theory and I'll prove it to you shortly.

Below you will find the 4 main emotions used to guide people's behavior — with “concrete” real-world examples that we all remember.


🔻 1. FEAR

The most effective emotion to manipulate the masses.

Fear makes you do what you would never do if you were lucid.
It turns off your rationality.
It makes you seek protection and you end up stopping seeking the truth.

📌 Real-world example: Covid period

In the midst of the pandemic we saw:

  • live numbers 24/7, without context

  • red graphs, sirens and apocalyptic tones

  • instant messages: “we will only succeed if everyone obeys”

  • a constant language of emergency: "contagion", "variants", "lockdown", "danger"“

Result?
The brain remained on constant alert, unable to think long-term.

When you are afraid, do two things:

  1. you are looking for a “savior”,

  2. stop asking questions.

And that's when you can address it. behavior, opinions, choices.


🔻 2. DIVISION

When fear is not enough, an internal enemy is created.

Divide and conquer:
if people argue with each other, they don't look at who's writing the rules.

📌 Real-world example: labels like "conspiracy theorist," "anti-vax," and "denier."“

You stop listening... you no longer care about other people's opinions. There is only one voice, only one truth.
All it took was a question, a doubt, a request for clarification, and you were immediately:

  • catalogued

  • mocked

  • isolated

  • made a “dangerous minority”

A huge social divide has been created: family against family, friends against friends.

🧠 Psychological mechanics

When you fear being judged, keep quiet.
When you keep quiet, you conform.
When you adapt, you don't choose anymore.

It's not about Covid or not Covid, but about dynamics of collective manipulation.


🔻 3. FEELING OF INADEQUACY

“Others can do it, you can’t.”

This emotion is perfect for monitoring those who work, study, rush and never arrive.

📌 Real-world example: the myth of “performance”

In recent years the dominant cultural message has been:

  • “work harder”

  • “If you don't get results, it's because you don't try hard enough”

  • “Whoever is truly strong can do it alone”

This has created a generation of people who believe that
if they struggle it's because they are defective.

Result?
Emotional breakdowns, burnout, performance anxiety, feeling of personal worth tied to performance.

🧠 Psychological mechanics

Those who feel inadequate do NOT ask questions.
He doesn't dispute.
It doesn't stop.
Keep running inside the hamster wheel.

And that's exactly what the System wants.


🔻 4. GUILT

The most powerful to immobilize you.

Guilt blocks.
Guilt makes you look down.
Guilt makes you believe that you don't deserve a different life.

📌 Real-world example: communicating about the economic crisis

Everything is increasing (energy, inflation, mortgages) and the media messages sound like this:

  • “we have to make sacrifices”

  • “you have lived beyond your means”

  • “we need to tighten our belts”

  • “It's the fault of tax evaders”

 

Implicit translation:
“It's your fault if you struggle and can't make it to the end of the month.”

In reality, it is not like that at all:
it is the combination of macroeconomic factors decided above the heads of the citizens to have created a situation of scarcity and austerity.

🧠 Psychological mechanics

Guilt breeds immobility.
And a person who remains immobile doesn't change jobs, doesn't change methods, doesn't change life.


🔥 Summary: How to Hypnotize You (Like in The Matrix)

If you put these elements together you get:

  • fear → obedience

  • division → isolation

  • inadequacy → silence

  • guilt → paralysis

Result?
A population hypnotized but convinced she was free, exactly like in the opening scene of Matrix:
all apparently awake, but in reality their minds were imprisoned within a dream manipulated and controlled by machines.

We cannot change the System by working on the outside, but we can change the way we move and relate within it.

Block every day 60 minutes just for you.
Not to work.

In those 60 minutes you can:

  • read books that help you see things from a different perspective
  • acquire new skills

  • rearrange your priorities

Cut off social media.

You choose 2–3 clean sources that resonate with your being. You might rightly ask, "Davide, what do you mean by clean sources?" You're absolutely right, which is why I've prepared a short list of questions that can give you some useful insights into how to select them:

  • What emotions do they evoke? Fear, anger, anxiety, or joy, harmony, and serenity?
  • Are they feeding you?
  • Are they helping you gain clarity?


Try to study only what you need to:

  • make better choices
  • protect the heritage
  • improve your life
  • building freedom


You will see that:

  • The mind becomes clear again.
  • The confusion disappears.
  • Energy becomes available again.

 


3. Defusing Guilt

(It's not you. It's the game.)

Don't ask yourself anymore:
❌ "What's wrong with me?"«

Ask yourself instead:
✅ "What rules am I using? Who gave them to me? Are they really mine?"«

Examples of toxic System rules:

  • “Work hard and hope for the best.”
  • “Money is dirty.”
  • “Don’t complain, be satisfied.”


Replace them with powerful new rules:

  • “My time is an asset.”
  • “Money is a tool, not a judgment.”
  • “I invest in my freedom first and foremost.”

 


4. BECOME UNBLAMEABLE

(The heart of the Progetto Libertà method)

The goal is one:
stop depending on a single source, a single income, a single solution.

How do you become unblackmailable?

The more aware you are, the freer you are.
